1. Orders & Customization

• All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance unless stated otherwise.

• Custom cakes and desserts require detailed specifications at the time of ordering. Once confirmed, changes may not be guaranteed.

• We reserve the right to decline any orders that cannot be fulfilled due to scheduling, availability, or creative limitations.

2. Payment & Deposits

• Full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

• Remaining balances must be paid no later than the day of your pickup date.

• We accept payments via [credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash, Cashapp, or ZELLE.].

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 2 days before the event will receive a partial refund (minus the deposit).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this window.

• In rare cases where we must cancel an order (due to emergencies, illness, etc.), you will receive a full refund.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• We don’t currently offer delivery, only pickup is available.

• We are not responsible for damages once an order has been successfully picked up.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and nuts.

• While we offer some allergy-friendly options, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

6. Design & Creative Control

• We strive to match inspiration photos, but all designs are subject to slight artistic variation.

• By placing an order, you agree to allow MessyCravings creative interpretation and execution.

7. Photography & Promotion

• We reserve the right to photograph your order and use the images for marketing or social media unless requested otherwise.
